The staff are friendly. Rooms are clean and spacious. Great location with easy parking. Delicious and high-quality breakfast. Excellent central position for exploring.

I highly suggest dining at Fox and Hounds, which is just a stone's throw away, perfect for when you get hungry. It's a 4-star spot and I totally fell for the whole vibe. The location here is a total winner - seriously loved it! 🌟

Located in the center of the city at the pedestrian zone, the breakfast room has a large window front, parking directly in front of the hotel, young and friendly staff

The location! Located in the middle of the main shopping street; very central. But it also has the disadvantage that from Saturday to Sunday the whole party crowd meets at the entrance to the hotel - and if you have a room facing the shopping street, you have party in your room until the early morning. Parking directly in front of the hotel, lots of restaurants nearby.

As for me, the location is GOOD. I where happy to find Restaurant Sproed 300 ft away, where I could eat.

The breakfast was very good and a large selection. The staff was very friendly and courteous. The location is good because you are immediately in the city centre.

Great View and Local Shops Friendly Staff and Free Breakfast

I stayed in a hotel right in the heart of the town. From my room, I could see a beautiful historic building decorated for Christmas. there were plenty of shops and restaurants near my hotel, making it easy for me to pick up souvenirs and grab meals. I loved how I could walk to everything, just a few steps out of the door.

Bathroom run-down, like the whole room. No longer corresponds to today's standard. Therefore the impression is created that the room is not clean

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel! The location couldn't have been better, right in the heart of the city center. We loved being surrounded by shops and restaurants, and it made exploring the area so easy. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort.

I would recommend the best Western for business people and everyone who needs tot go tot the University College, due to the short walking distance to the University College, and the proximity of the shops
